Terms of service
Immaculate Diaper Service
Effective Date: January 11, 2026
Last Updated: January 11, 2026
By enrolling in service with Immaculate Diaper Service, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Automatic Recurring Billing Authorization
By signing up for service, you authorize Immaculate Diaper Service to charge your selected credit or debit card on a recurring basis. Billing occurs in four-week service cycles. Each payment covers four (4) weeks of diaper service. Charges will continue automatically until proper notice of cancellation is received.
2. Minimum Service Commitment
All customers agree to a minimum commitment of four (4) weeks of service. The initial four weeks are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not eligible for store credit once service items have been issued. This reflects the labor, preparation, and inventory allocation required to set up service.
3. Service Start Date & Inventory Preparation
Service begins once both conditions are met:
-
The customer has confirmed they are ready to begin service, and
-
Immaculate Diaper Service has confirmed inventory availability and completed preparation of the order.
Order preparation may take up to two (2) weeks or longer, depending on inventory and workload. Service may begin sooner if inventory is available and ready. Billing begins once service officially starts and you are added to a delivery route.
4. Service Schedule & Delivery Zones
Immaculate Diaper Service operates on a twice-weekly pickup and delivery schedule. Customers receive approximately 3–4 days’ worth of diapers per delivery.
Delivery days by zone:
-
Zone 1: Monday & Thursday
-
Zone 2: Tuesday & Friday
-
Zone 3: Wednesday & Saturday
Delivery days are assigned based on location and route availability.
5. Cancellation of Service
Service may be canceled any time after the minimum four-week commitment.
To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least seven (7) days prior to the next scheduled charge date and confirmed by Immaculate Diaper Service via email or chat.
6. Return of Service Items Upon Cancellation
All service-issued items (diapers, covers, inserts, liners, pails, bags, wipes, and accessories) must be returned at the final scheduled pickup.
If items are not available at the final pickup:
-
A $30 retrieval fee will be applied.
-
An additional pickup will be scheduled within ten (10) days.
-
Items must be placed in a securely tied trash bag and left in the usual pickup area.
-
You must notify us when the items are ready for retrieval.
Any items not returned after retrieval will be charged at full retail replacement value. Items kept must be pre-notified and billed accordingly.
7. Refunds & Store Credit
-
No cash or credit card refunds.
-
Unused prepaid balance (excluding initial four weeks) will be issued as store credit, transferable to another party upon request.
-
If a promotional package is canceled early, the retail value of complimentary items will be deducted before issuing store credit.
-
Product returns are not accepted.
8. Diaper Liners & Cream Policy
Flannel liners are included in your service and are made from organic, unbleached cotton flannel.
-
Exclusively breastfed babies generally do not need liners.
-
If waste consistency is smearing or cannot be easily disposed of, liners must be used.
-
We will notify you if we believe your baby needs to be using a liner. Repeated staining due to non-use will be considered damage and handled per the Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items section.
Diaper Creams:
-
Cloth diaper–safe creams/ointments are required; no petroleum products.
-
Liners must be used with every diaper if applying any cream/ointment.
-
Immaculate Diaper Service offers a one-time add-on diaper rash treatment for convenience.
9. Delivery Notifications
Reminder emails or text messages may be sent as a courtesy. Customers remain responsible for placing soiled diapers out for pickup regardless of reminders.
10. Missed Pickups
If soiled diapers are not left out on scheduled pickup days:
-
Clean diapers will still be delivered.
-
To continue service:
-
Request a special pickup for a $30 fee, or
-
Wait until the next scheduled pickup day
-
11. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items
Customers are responsible for all service items while in their possession.
-
Lost, stolen, or irreparably damaged items will be charged at retail replacement value.
-
Damage from improper liner or cream use is included.
-
Deliveries may be left unattended during early morning hours; please provide a secure location.
12. Multi-Unit & Secured Buildings
For secured buildings, provide a key, code, or entry device. If access is unavailable, items may be left at the nearest accessible location. Lost or stolen items remain the customer’s responsibility.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, policies, or applicable laws. Continued use of Immaculate Diaper Service after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Customers will always have access to the most current version on our website.
14. Governing Law & Arbitration
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indiana law, rather than in court. Arbitration will take place in Allen County, Indiana, and is intended to provide a faster, simpler, and less formal resolution.
15. Limitation of Liability
Immaculate Diaper Service provides cloth diapering services on a best-effort basis. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service, except as required by law.
16. Our Commitment
We are committed to providing a reliable, hygienic, and supportive cloth diaper service. Questions are always welcome — we’re here to make your journey into sustainable diapering easy and enjoyable.
